Payment is due at the time services are rendered. A valid credit card is required to schedule an appointment. Charges will be applied to your credit card on record at the conclusion of your scheduled appointment. Our practice accepts FSA (Flex Spending Accounts), HSA (Health Spending Accounts), and all major credit cards.
